I recently had the good fortune to attend a cooking class with Chef Renato at his new home with his state-of-the-art kitchen. We ( myself plus 3 friends) were warmly welcomed with a traditional Peruvian cocktail. Following Renato’s demonstration, we were hands-on, preparing the 3 course meal. The handsome and engaging Renato regaled us with stories of his homeland Peru. Then we had the ultimate pleasure of enjoying the fruits of our labour.

Renato was very professional. He explained each dish we were making and had all the ingredients out for us to see. I really enjoyed helping prep the food and we each had a chance to cook one of the dishes. It was a great experience and would highly recommend it.
