I recently had the good fortune to attend a cooking class with Chef Renato at his new home with his state-of-the-art kitchen. We ( myself plus 3 friends) were warmly welcomed with a traditional Peruvian cocktail. Following Renato’s demonstration, we were hands-on, preparing the 3 course meal. The handsome and engaging Renato regaled us with stories of his homeland Peru. Then we had the ultimate pleasure of enjoying the fruits of our labour.
